INGREDIENTS

2 Apples, sliced
1/3 c Nuts, chopped
1/2 c Brown sugar
1/2 t Cinnamon
40 oz Canned yams
1/4 c Butter
2 c Miniature marshmallows
optional

INSTRUCTIONS

Toss apples and nuts; combine brown sugar and cinnamon.  Alternate
layers of apples and yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.  Dot with
butter. Bake at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes.  Serves 6 to 8.  Optional:
sprinkle with marshmallows.  Broil till lightly browned.  Recipe By
