INGREDIENTS
| 2 1/2 | lb | Lean ground beef |
| 1 1/2 | c | Herb seasoned stuffing mix |
| 2 | c | Finely chopped apples |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 2 | ts | Salt |
| 2 | tb | Prepared mustard |
| 2 | tb | Horseradish |
| 1 | Onion; finely chopped | |
| 3/4 | c | Ketchup |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients together well in a large bowl. Pack into a large loaf pan. Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until cooked through.
