INSTRUCTIONS
Combine dry ingredients. Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry mixture;
stir just to moisten. Add apples and mix. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3
full. Do not use cupcake papers. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with
honey. Add more sugar if not served with honey. Makes 12.
