INGREDIENTS

2 md Granny smith apples
Peeled cored & cubed
2 md Red delicious apples
Peeled cored & cubed
2 md Golden delicious apples
Peeled cored & cubed
Orange sections from 1 small orange
2/3 c Apple juice
2 ts Cinnamon
1 sm Orange; Zest of
1/4 c Packed brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

In saucepan, combine the granny smith, red delicious, golden
delicious & orange. Stir in apple juice, cinnamon, orange zest & 1/2
c. Water. Simmer. Add brown sugar, cover & continue to simmer till
apples are tender. Remove to a bowl. Let cool. Refrigerate till ready
to serve.
Approximately 12 minutes.
Per serving: 665 Calories; 2g Fat (2% calories from fat); 2g Protein;
171g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 42mg Sodium
