INSTRUCTIONS
Recipe by: Merle Gutkin (my sister in London) (Preheat oven to 325 deg. F.) Beat eggs, sugar & oil. Add baking soda, flour, salt. Stir in pre-soaked raisins and apples. (soak raisins in boiling water or liquer of your choice for about 1/2 hour, then drain.) Pour into greased, shallow pan, bake at 325 deg. F. 45 minutes - 1 hour.
