Apple Raisin Quiche

INGREDIENTS

1 Prepackaged 9 inch quiche shell
1/3 c Raisins
3 lg Apples
2 lg Eggs
1 c Whipping cream
1/2 c Granulated sugar
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon

INSTRUCTIONS

Sprinkle raisins on bottom of quiche shell.  Peel, core and slice
apples; arrange over raisins.
Whisk eggs, cream, sugar and cinnamon until mixed; pour over apples.
Bake in 375°F oven for 50 minutes or until nearly firm.  Let stand 10
minutes before serving or serve at room temperature.  Makes 4 to 6
