INSTRUCTIONS
Sprinkle sliced apples with lemon juice. Mix with cabbage, celery, carrot,
and onion.
Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and celery salt. Toss with apple mixture
and serve.
Lemon juice keeps apples from discoloring.
