INGREDIENTS

2 Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1/4 c Apple juice
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1 1/2 c Apples; peeled and sliced
1 3/4 c Semisweet miniature chocolat
1/2 c Pecans; chopped
Confectioner's sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Recipe by: Sue Klapper Preparation Time: 0:45 In mixing bowl, beat eggs
slightly; add oil, apple juice and vanilla. In separate bowl, combine
flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; stir into egg mixture until
well blended. Fold in apples, chocolate chips and pecans. Pour into greased
and floured 9 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes or
until cake starts to pull away from sides of pan. Cool. Sprinkle with
confectioners sugar or serve with dollop of whipped cream if desired.
