INGREDIENTS
| 1 1/4 | c | Mazola Oil, any kind oil |
| 4 | medium apples, peeled and sliced fine | |
| 1/4 | c | sugar |
| 3/4 | c | chopped nuts |
| 1 | t | cinnamon |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix together in a small bowl and set aside. In a large bowl, add: 2 c. sugar 3 eggs 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla Add apple mixture and mix together. Batterwill be thick. Spread out onto greased and floured jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min. To make glaze for top,just add 1 cup of powdered sugar and just a little bit of water to thin it and drizzle on to Gert Ackinclose
