INGREDIENTS

Apples
Cheese slices
Orange juice or lemonade

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash an apple for each person; slice each apple into six slices. Dip
apple slices in orange juice or lemonade and drain on paper towel.
Place a slice of aged cheese between two apple slices to make a
sandwich; serve with hot tea or coffee as a snack.  Variation: Spread
one side of each apple slice with peanut butter and  fit two slices
