INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Lowfat vanilla yogurt (up to)
1 ts Grated orange peel
2 sm Zucchini; shredded (about 2 cups)
1 1/2 c Chopped apples
1/4 c Raisins
2 tb Unsalted shelled sunflower seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
SALAD
In small bowl, combine dressing ingredients; blend well. In large bowl,
combine all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; stir gently to
coat.
