INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375°F, prepare pans. Mix dry ingredients well with a fork.
Beat egg, then add oil & milk, stir in applesauce. Add the dry mix to the
wet mix until just combined. Spoon into pans & bake for 20 mins or until
cooked.
