INGREDIENTS

1 3/4 c All-purpose flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
2 ts Pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 c Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola cereal; any variety
1/4 c Firmly packed brown sugar
1/3 c Skim milk
3/4 c Unsweetened applesauce
2 Egg whites
3 tb Vegetable oil
1 ts Vanilla
Vegetable cooking spray
1/4 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Combine flour, baking powder, salt and spice. Set aside.
2.In large mixing bowl, combine Kellogg's® Low Fat Granola cereal, brown
sugar, milk and applesauce. Add egg whites, oil and vanilla to cereal
mixture. Mix well. Stir in flour mixture only until combined. Spoon batter
evenly into twelve, 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
3.Bake at 400°F about 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve warm.
