Apricot Bombs

INGREDIENTS

8 oz Dried Apricots — moist
1/4 c Coconut
2 tb Marmalade, Orange
4 ts Powdered Milk
5 ts Sunflower Seeds, Roasted —
Optional
4 ts Sesame Seeds — optional
4 ts Nuts — chopped, optional

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Steam apricots if apricots are stiff to soften. Grind or chop very fine.
2. Mix and mash apricots together with remaining ingredients. 3. Shape into
1 inch balls, roll in powdered sugar and coat thickly. Repeat in half an
hour, or use coconut instead.
