INGREDIENTS
| 1/2 | c | Butter |
| 1 | Pack (3 oz) cream cheese | |
| 1 | ts | Sugar |
| 1/4 | ts | Salt |
| 1 | c | Flour |
| Apricot jam | ||
| 1/4 | c | Flaked coconut |
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix shortening, cheese, sugar & salt. Blend in flour. Form into a ball & chill at least 3 hours. Heat oven to 400. Roll out dough 1/8" thick on cloth covered board. Cut with 2" cookie cutter; place on ungreased sheet. Top each with 1/2 tsp. apricot jam. Bake about 10 minutes. Remove from oven; quickly sprinkle with coconut. Bake 2 more minutes.
