INSTRUCTIONS
Combine water, apricots, margarine and cardamom in 1 quart casserole dish.
Cover. Microwave on high for 4 minutes, or until water reaches full boil.
Add couscous. Cover. let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
