Ingredients: 3 c Dried apricots; 3/4 c Sliced, candied ginger; 1/2 c Orange juice; 1/4 c Lemon juice; 5 c Cold water; 2 ts Grated orange rind; 1 ts Grated lemon rind; 2 1/4 c Sugar; 1/2 c Chopped nuts

INSTRUCTIONS

Wash apricots.  Add water, ginger, orange and lemon juice, grated rind, and
sugar.  Stir until well mixed. Simmer slowly, stirring frequently, until
