Apricot Glazed Ham Patties

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 lb Ground cooked ham
1/2 c Soft bread crumbs
1/2 c Milk
2 Eggs
1/4 c Chopped onion
1/4 c Crumbled blue cheese
1 tb Worcestershire sauce
2 ts Prepared mustard; divided
1/4 ts Sage
1/4 ts Pepper
1/2 c Apricot preserves
2 ts Vinegar

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat oven to 350 F. Combine ham with crumbs, milk, eggs, onion, cheese,
Worcestershire, 1 tsp mustard, sage and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Place
in shallow baking dish; bake 30 minutes. Combine preserves, vinegar and
remaining mustard; brush on patties. Bake 10 more minutes. Serves 6.
