INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Honey mustard or dijon mustard
3 tb Apricot preserves
1 ts Ground ginger
4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; about 1 pound

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend mustard, apricot preserves and ginger. Brush some mustard mixture on
chicken. Grill or broil chicken, brushing with remaining mustard mixture
frequently until done.
