INGREDIENTS

6 Navel Oranges
Sugar, to taste
1 t Lemon Peel, grated
6 T Marsala Wine, sweet

INSTRUCTIONS

Peel the oranges carefully and slice thin, reserving the juice. Place
the slices and juice on a large, shallow platter and sprinkle with
sugar, lemon peel and marsala. Toss very gently, cover, and chill for
a few hours before serving.  Serves 6-8.  Recipe By     :  File
