Cheddar cheese; grated

Jars marinated artichokes; cut up
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of tabasco

Green onions; chopped fine

Soda crackers; crushed

Clove garlic; crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute' onions and garlic in artichoke oil; then drain.
Mix all ingredients and spread in greased 8x8" pan.
Bake at 325 for 30 min. Can be baked, frozen and re-
heated. This recipe was a great success at a party
