INGREDIENTS

15 oz Canned navy beans; drained, or pinto beans
14 oz Canned artichoke hearts; drained
7 oz Canned artichoke hearts; drained and minced
2 tb Lemon juice
2 Cloves garlic; pressed
2 Whole green onion; chopped, or minced yellow onion
Salt and pepper; to taste
Paprika; for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT the 7 oz of minced artichokes in a food
processor and blend until smooth. Stir in the minced artichoke pieces for
texture and enhanced flavor.
Per serving: 1015 Calories; 4g Fat (3% calories from fat); 64g Protein;
205g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 620mg Sodium Food Exchanges: 7
Starch/Bread; 1 1/2 Lean Meat; 17 Vegetable
NOTES : We love this with anything dippable. Bagels, veggie sticks,
crackers etc.
