INGREDIENTS

1 pk (9-ounce) frozen no-salt-added artichoke hearts; thawed and drained
4 oz Fat-free or low-fat cream cheese; room temperature
1/2 c Plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
1/4 c Thinly sliced green onions; (green part only)
1 1/2 ts Cream sherry
1 ts Salt-free Italian herb seasoning
1/2 ts Garlic powder
L/2 teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Blot artichokes dry on paper towels.
2. Chop into small pieces.
3. In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients, blending
well.
4. Stir in artichokes.
5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to
blend.
6. Stir before serving.
