INGREDIENTS

| 1/2 | c | Pepperoni, diced |
| 1 | c | Mozzarella, shredded |
| 1/2 | c | Grated cheese |
| 1 | 9" pie shell |
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook artichokes, drain and cut. Beat eggs thoroughly and add all ingredients. Mix well and pour into 9" pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-60 minutes. May be frozen after baked.
