10 | oz | Frozen artichokes hearts |

3/4-cup shredded | ||
1/2 | c | Chopped green onions |

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, stir together the egg substitute, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, thyme, garlic powder and pepper sauce. Chopped the artichokes and add to the mixture along with the cheese and onions. Mix until well combined. Spray an 8x8 baking pan. Spoon artichoke mixture into the pan. Bake in PREHEATED OVEN 350F for 25 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden. Cool for 5 minutes, then cut into 16 two-inch squares; 2 per serving. PER SERVING (2 squares) 46 cals, 6% from fat (1g) - est MasterCook.
