INGREDIENTS
3 | Frozen, chopped spinach | |
1/2 | c | Butter |
1 | c | Pasteurized processed cheese |
2/3 | T | Lemon juice |
Cracker crumbs | ||
1 | Artichoke hearts | |

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare spinach according to directions on package. Melt butter & cheese together. Add lemon juice. Pour over well-drained spinach. Add salt & pepper to taste. In buttered 8-1/2 inch square casserole, break up artichoke hearts & line bottom of dish. Cover with spinach mixture. Crumble cracker crumbs over top & drizzle with melted butter.
