INSTRUCTIONS

1. Simmer artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until
tender, about 3 minutes. Drain.
2. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut proscuitto and
secure with a toothpick.
3. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve cold.
