INSTRUCTIONS
Cost: $ - Preparation Time: 10 minutes Difficulty Level: 1- Servings: 10 Simmer artichoke hearts in chicken broth with the garlic until tender, about 3 minutes. Drain. When cool enough to handle, wrap in thinly cut proscuitto and secure with a toothpick. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Serve cold.
