INSTRUCTIONS
1. Break arugula into pieces and place in a salad bowl.
2. Peel oranges and cut into sections, reserving juices.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, reserved juices,
salt and pepper.
4. Toss serve, add oranges, nuts, red onion and dressing to arugula.
Toss lightly before serving. Yield: 6 servings Prep Time: 10
