INSTRUCTIONS
DRESSING
1. Cook steaks under hot grill, on the barbecue or in a pan until
medium rare. Remove and set aside for 5-10 minutes.
2. Combine dressing ingredients in a screw-top jar and shake well.
Slice steak thinly and place in bowl. Pour half dressing over steak
and stir to combine.
3. Add remaining ingredients except lettuce and sesame seeds and toss
to mix through.
4. Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter and spoon over the
steak mixture. Garnish with sesame seeds.
