INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1:
1. Toss all.
2. Grill, Broil, or Saut mushrooms for 3-4 minutes.
3. Cool, then julienne.
STEP 2:
1. Toss all ingredients with julienned mushrooms.
STEP 3:
1. Add lemon juice, DRAIN well before serving.
