INGREDIENTS

1 lb Asparagus spears, cooked
2 tb Chopped fresh chives or green onion
1/2 c Light mayonnaise
1 tb Grated orange rind
2 tb Orange juice
1 tb Lemon juice
1/2 ts Dijon mustard
1/4 ts Salt
Pinch pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

DRESSING
(DRESSING):  In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange rind and
juice, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
Arrange asparagus on serving platter; pour dressing over top.
Sprinkle with chives.  Makes 4 servings.  Typed in MMFormat by
