INGREDIENTS

1 lb Asparagus spears, cooked
2 T Chopped fresh chives or
green onion
1/2 c Light mayonnaise
1 T Grated orange rind
2 T Orange juice
1 T Lemon juice
1/2 t Dijon mustard
1/4 t Salt
Pinch pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

(DRESSING):  In bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, orange rind and
juice, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.  Arrange asparagus on
serving platter; pour dressing over top.  Sprinkle with chives.  Makes
