Asparagus with Orange Sauce

Fresh asparagus

Flour

Orange juice

Grated orange rind

Honey

Margarine
INSTRUCTIONS
Break off tough ends of asparagus and discard. Wash asparagus and place in
9" x 13" glass pan. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 6
minutes or until tender crisp. Drain off any liquid.
In a bowl, combine flour, orange juice, orange rind and honey. Microwave on
hight 1 1/2 minutes until thick.
Stir in margarine and spoon sauce over asparagus.
Note: Sauce goes great with beets, too.
