INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 | lb | Fresh asparagus |
1 | T | Flour |
1/2 | c | Orange juice |
2 | t | Grated orange rind |
1 | T | Honey |
2 | t | Margarine |
INSTRUCTIONS
Break off tough ends of asparagus and discard. Wash asparagus and place in 9" x 13" glass pan. Cover with vented plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 6 minutes or until tender crisp. Drain off any liquid. In a bowl, combine flour, orange juice, orange rind and honey. Microwave on hight 1 1/2 minutes until thick. Stir in margarine and spoon sauce over asparagus.
