God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)
Delivery does not consist merely, or even chiefly, in vocalization and gesticulation, but it implies that one is possessed with the subject, that he is completely in sympathy with it and fully alive to its importance; that he is not repeating remembered words, but setting free the thoughts shut up in his mind.

INSTRUCTIONS
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Break eggs into bowl. Add
buttermilk, oil, and vanilla. Mash bananas and add. Stir. Bake in tube
pan for 1 hr at 350 degrees.
(Mom found that it also came out well without the oil when a little more
banana is added.) I also add about 1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts most
of the time, just before pouring into pan.
