INGREDIENTS
| 1 | pk | (small) lime jello |
| 1 | c | Boiling water |
| 2 | pk | (small) cream cheese |
| 1/2 | sm | Onion; chopped fine |
| 1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | Avacado; mashed | |
| 1/2 | cn | Pimentos; chopped |
| 1/2 | c | Green pepper; chopped fine |
| 1 | c | Celery; chopped fine |
| Salt & pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve jello in water. Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise. Mix together & then add vegetables to jello. Pour into 9 small molds or 1 large mold. Chill until firm. MRS C.R.
