INGREDIENTS
1 | small lime jello | |
1 | c | Boiling water |
2 | small cream cheese | |
1/2 | Onion, chopped fine | |
1/2 | c | Mayonnaise |
1 | Avacado, mashed | |
1/2 | Pimentos, chopped | |
1/2 | c | Green pepper, chopped fine |
1 | c | Celery, chopped fine |
Salt & pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve jello in water. Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise. Mix together & then add vegetables to jello. Pour into 9 small molds or 1 large mold. Chill until firm. MRS C.R.
