INSTRUCTIONS
1. Peel the avocados, then halve and remove the stones. Mash with the
lemon juice.
2. Beat in the remaining ingredients. Season to taste, and sprinkle
with paprika.
3. Serve as a dip with savoury biscuits, crisps and crudits.
