Our whole society is largely built on a network of fabrication, of manufactured “truth.” We shade truth, we cheat, we exaggerate, we misrepresent income tax deductions, we make promises we have no intention of keeping, we make up excuses, and betray confidences – all as a matter of normal, everyday living.

INGREDIENTS

2		Avocados; Peeled & Chopped
1/2	c	Raisins
1/2	c	Vegetable Oil
1/4	c	Lime Juice
1	ts	Sugar
1	ts	Salt
1/4	ts	Freshly Ground Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all ingredients in blender container.  Cover and blend on high speed
until smooth, about 45 seconds.  Serve with raw vegetables, assorted
crackers or fried tortillas. Makes 1 2/3 cups of dip.
