INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl whisk together soy sauce, juice, oil, sugar, and
pinch salt until sugar is dissolved.
Quarter, pit, and peel avocado and cut crosswise into 1/2 inch
slices. Add avocado to dressing and turn gently with a rubber spatula
to coat.
Line 2 plates with lettuce and divide avocado and dressing between
them. Sprinkle sesame seeds over avocado. Yield: 2 servings Typed
