INSTRUCTIONS
Saut. meat in a little oil until pink disappears. Grease casserole; put in
meat. Saut. onions, bell peppers and celery. Mix uncooked rice and other
ingredients together and place in casserole; cover. Bake in a 350 degree
preheated oven for 45 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with bread or cracker
crumbs and bake until lightly brown, about 20 ninutes. Serves 8 to 10.
