INGREDIENTS

Tomatoes sliced in 1/2 inch thick slices |
|
|
Celery; finely chopped |
|
|
Green onion; finely chopped |
|
|
Blue cheese; crumbled |
|
|
Parmesan cheese; grated |
|
|
Italian dressing |
INSTRUCTIONS
Using a 4-inch cookie sheet, layer tomatoes, celery, onions, blue cheese
and Parmesan cheese in this order. Sprinkle Italian dressing over top.
Cover with plastic wrap; refrigerate several hours. If you serve directly
from cookie sheet, cover the bottom with foil. These stay good for several
days.
