We Love God!

God: "I looked for someone to take a stand for me, and stand in the gap" (Ezekiel 22:30)

A spirit of thankfulness is one of the most distinctive marks of a Christian whose heart is attuned to the Lord. Thank God in the midst of trials and every persecution.

CATEGORY CUISINE TAG YIELD
1 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb B-Red potatoes; skins on
1 bn Diced green onions
2 tb Margarine
1/2 c Diced green or red peppers or combination
; of both for color
1/8 c Minced parsley; (optional)
Salt and pepper; (to taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

Microwave B-Red potatoes under high setting till almost done (4-6
minutes). Be sure to pierce potatoes to allow steam to escape, if
microwaving. Or, roast at 400 degrees for 45 minutes till basically
done. Let cool and slice into 1/8 inch thin slices. By cooking the
potatoes this way, they will require less frying oil to cook. Melt
margarine in a large skillet over medium heat and saute the diced
green onions and peppers for 1-2 minutes. Then add the sliced B-Reds,
toss and cook for 3-5 more minutes. Add a small amount of water or
margarine if the home fries become too dry. Season with salt and
pepper to taste. Add minced parsley. Toss and serve. Serves 6-8.
Enjoy!

NOTES : B-Red potatoes are the small red skinned potatoes that are
generally 2" in diameter or smaller. They are usually served whole
either boiled or roasted; however, their flavor is exceptional and
they make outstanding home fries.
