INGREDIENTS

2 Baby bok choy, each
6-to-8-inches long
1 T Orange zest, julienne or
grated
1/4 t Ginger infused sesame oil OR
minced ginger to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Rinse the boy choy well. Cut in half lengthwise Place bok choy in a
single layer on a rack in a steamer, cut side up. Sprinkle with the
orange zest and put a portion of the ginger-oil on the heart of the
vegetable. Cover and cook over for 6 to 8 minutes, or when fork
