INGREDIENTS

1 lb Shrimp; cleaned & deveined
3 lg Garlic cloves; crushed
1 lg Lemon; halved
1/4 c Butter; cracked
1 ts Black pepper; cracked
1/2 ts Cayenne pepper; ground
1/2 ts Thyme
1/4 ts Salt
1 ds Hot sauce; to taste
1 Sprig chives; garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Heat frying pan, add the butter and garlic, saute for 2 minutes. Add
the shrimp, cayenne pepper, black pepper, thyme, salt, hot sauce and
fresh squeezed lemon juice. Cook until shrimp are pink. Garnish with
chives.
NOTES : Shrimp cooks very quickly, do not overcook.
