Baby Ruth candy bars – (2.1 oz ea); chopped |
INSTRUCTIONS
Generously grease cookie sheet or sheets; set aside. Mix flour,
baking soda and salt in bowl; set aside. In medium mixing bowl, beat
margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture and chopped candy until just mixed. Do not
overmix. Chill at least 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Drop
dough by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheets. Bake for 10 to 12
minutes or until golden brown. Remove quickly from cookie sheets; let
cool on wire racks. Yield: About 4 dozen cookies.
