INGREDIENTS

2 lb Ham slices, 3/4 inch thick
3/8 c Fat
1/4 c Prepared mustard
1/2 c Brown sugar
1 t Salt
2 t Paprika
1 c Water

INSTRUCTIONS

Fry ham in fat. Remove ham slice(s0 from skillet. Pour all the other
ingredients into skillet, cook 5 minutes, place ham slice(s) back into
sauce and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve. Serves 3. Recipe By     : I
