INGREDIENTS

375 g Brussels sprouts; trimmed (12oz)
25 g Butter; (1oz)
4 Rashers smoked streaky bacon; chopped
200 g Cooked and peeled chestnuts; halved (7oz)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the Brussels sprouts into a large pan of boiling water and cook
for 5-8 minutes until just tender.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan and add the bacon. Fry until
crispy.
Add the chestnuts and drained sprouts and cook for a further minute
mixing well. Add seasoning to taste.
