INSTRUCTIONS
Steam the shredded cabbage until soft. Grill the bacon until crisp,
then cut into pieces with scisors. Mix the cabbage and the bacon into
the mashed potato. Grease a shallow oven proof dish with the low fat
spread. turn the mashed potato mixture into the dish and bake in a
medium oven at 190°/375°F/gas mark 5 for about 15 minutes or until
hot and crispy ontop.
